Kukio

Terms of Use

Last updated 9 August 2026

Kukio is a meal planner. Some features need a paid subscription. Everything below is the plain version of what that means.

Who we are

Kukio is published by Stackr Holdings LLC. Using the app means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

Subscriptions

Kukio Plus is an auto-renewing subscription. Current options:

Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy, and those prices are the ones that apply. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

Renewal and cancellation

Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the period.

You manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings, not in Kukio. We cannot cancel it for you. Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions.

If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged, and you keep access until the trial ends. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

Family Sharing

Kukio Plus supports Apple Family Sharing. One subscription covers everyone in your Apple Family group, so a partner does not need to buy their own.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple. We cannot issue them. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

What Kukio is not

Recipe nutrition figures and allergen labels are estimates derived from ingredient lists. Grocery prices are approximate, vary by store and change often. Brands and formulations differ, so if you have a food allergy, always read the label on what you actually buy.

Kukio is not medical, dietary or nutritional advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any grocery retailer named in the app. Chain names are used only to describe which store your prices are estimated against.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer the app, extract the recipe or pricing database for redistribution, or use Kukio to build a competing product.

Our content

The recipes, photography, pricing data and the Kukio name and design are owned by Stackr Holdings LLC. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app. It does not transfer ownership of anything.

Availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue the app entirely while you hold an active subscription, contact us and we will help you get an appropriate refund through Apple.

Liability

Kukio is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Stackr Holdings LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
